Natural Jasper 64ct Oval Cabochon

A warm-toned oval with a rich split personality: the upper left quadrant carries a dense, dark olive-green zone that grades into earthy brown, while the lower right is pale golden cream swept with faint sandy flow lines. A curved grey-beige boundary runs between the two zones, giving the stone a natural horizon-line quality. The contrasts here are strong but harmonious, the dark tones and light tones in balance across the face. The finish has a clean satin polish with no visible surface damage.

This piece is part of a series of yellow-olive jasper ovals from India, cut to uniform dimensions. Jasper is opaque microcrystalline quartz, hardness 7, and highly durable in jewellery. Untreated. The 42x27mm footprint makes this one of the larger ovals in the series, useful for bold centerpiece work in pendants or brooches.
