We make every effort to display products accurately. However, product appearance may differ slightly from what is shown on your screen due to device settings. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing errors).
All orders are subject to our Return Policy.

All prices are in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

By providing payment details, you confirm that the card or account is yours and has sufficient funds.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries within Bulgaria are carried out by courier companies (e.g. Speedy, Econt). International shipments are usually sent via Bulgarian Posts or another courier. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (texts, images, logos, designs, trademarks) belongs to Lapis Magica Ltd. or our partners. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our written consent.

7. Relationship with Shopify

This store is built and hosted on Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and Lapis Magica Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for our products, services, or transactions.
