The seller shipped this to me very quickly and provided tracking, as it was coming from outside the UK. Item is as described and communication was brilliant throughout. Would recommend this seller. Thank you :)

The first item I ordered arrived damaged. In my opinion, the packaging was good and more than adequate, but Finnish Post can be pretty rough with packages.
Because of the ridiculous shipping costs, Lapis Magica didn’t ask me to return the defective item. Instead, they sent me a replacement and an even better one than original. Completely without any extra charge.
Can customer service get any better than this?! Absolutely amazing! ❤️ Would give 6 stars if it's possible.

I’m very content with the uv-lamp. I use it to collect amber and it works perfectly! A great lamp to a decent prize!
