Return Policy

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or cancel the contract.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.

Returned items must be sent according to the instructions you will receive from us - usually to the address shown on the shipping label. If you no longer have the label, please contact us so that we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item - in which case we will cover the shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. As noted above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging - together with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made using your original method of payment within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article 13 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 54 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at lapismagica@gmail.com.
