Every order is packed in a protective box with bubble wrap. There are no handling fees.

4. Delivery to the United States and the rest of the world

This zone covers every other destination we ship to, including the European countries not listed in section 3, such as Montenegro, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

  • Rates by parcel weight: €14.99 under 0.5 kg, €20 up to 1 kg, €30 up to 2 kg, €45 up to 3 kg, €55 up to 4 kg, €65 up to 5 kg and €90 up to 10 kg.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 for parcels under 0.5 kg.
  • Sent with Bulgarian Post or an international courier, with a tracking number emailed to you once the parcel is dispatched. Delivery normally takes 2-4 weeks, and customs inspections can add to this.

5. Free shipping

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. The threshold applies to the order value after any discounts have been applied.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

  • EU destinations: we ship from Bulgaria, inside the European Union, so orders to EU countries do not pass through customs and no import duties or clearance fees apply. The price at checkout is the final price. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Åland Islands are outside the EU VAT area, so local import tax may apply there.
  • Non-EU destinations, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the other non-EU countries in our Europe zone: the parcel is an import. Any import duties, taxes or carrier processing fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Every parcel is declared accurately.

7. Restrictions

  • 18650 lithium-ion batteries are classed as dangerous goods and can only be shipped within Bulgaria.
  • Express services such as DHL and FedEx are not available at this time.
  • Parcels over 10 kg (over 20 kg to Romania and Greece) cannot be booked online. Please contact us first.
