Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment or order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria)

• Deliveries within Bulgaria are made via Econt or Speedy.
• Payment methods:
  • Cash on delivery (in cash or by card at courier offices or upon delivery);
  • Online card payment at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated according to the current tariffs of the selected courier.
• Free shipping is available for orders over 50 Euro (within Bulgaria only).

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally via Bulgarian Posts or an international courier.

• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
• Each international shipment includes a tracking number, provided by email once dispatched.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal/customs services – usually 2-4 weeks, but delays may occur due to customs inspections.
• Fixed rates for parcels up to 0.49 kg:
  • 12 € for European countries;
  • 15 € for the United States.
• Free International Shipping over 250 €
• For parcels weighing more than 0.49 kg, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and destination.
• No handling fees
• Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, local taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery.
