A 24mm heart with a bright, balanced colour display: equal parts warm cream-white and cool sage-green cover the face, separated by a soft, irregular boundary that meanders across the stone diagonally. The orbicules are distributed across both zones - those in the cream area are soft and warm-toned, while those in the green zone are crisper and more contrasty. Several orbs are large and feature-worthy on their own, showing three or four distinct concentric rings. The finish is excellent, with a deep gloss that enhances the colour saturation of both zones equally.

The near-equal balance between warm cream and cool green in this piece makes it one of the most chromatically balanced hearts in the lot. Ocean jasper from Madagascar is increasingly rare as the deposit approaches exhaustion, and pieces like this with clean two-tone zoning and well-developed large orbs represent good material quality.
