Natural Prehnite 49.6ct Teardrop Cabochon

A large, broad teardrop with a warmer, more olive-tinged body color than the paler stones in this collection. The inclusion content is notably heavier: dark epidote masses and clusters appear alongside finer needles distributed across the face, with some concentration toward one side, giving the stone a richer, more complex internal character than lighter examples.

The denser inclusion content and warmer olive tone of this stone reflect natural variation within African prehnite deposits, where iron content and epidote concentration can differ considerably between adjacent crystal masses. Prehnite is always untreated. At 31.9x23.3mm and 49.6ct this is the largest teardrop in this collection, suited to bold pendant settings.
