Three round blue sapphire cabochons with a richer, slightly larger presence than many in this range. The left stone shows deep navy-blue with strong, full-bodied saturation; the center has a medium blue with a gentle teal shift and smooth luster; the right leans noticeably into teal-blue territory with a more greenish hue and some visible silk inclusions that give it texture and life. A characterful trio with good depth of color across all three pieces.
Madagascar origin, heat-treated as standard for sapphires from this region. At 1.24ct for three pieces, these sit at the heavier end of the 3mm range and offer solid color presence for their size. A fine choice for accent stones in small settings, earring pairs, or as part of a study collection of natural blue sapphire from Madagascar.
Natural blue sapphire, September birthstone - sold loose as a set of 3.

About sapphire
Sapphire is corundum in every color except red. At 9 on the Mohs scale it is second only to diamond, and it is also very tough with no cleavage, so it rarely chips or splits when knocked. Together that makes it one of the most durable gemstones for everyday wear, rings included.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Skip ultrasonic and steam cleaners: cabochons usually contain fine inclusions or fissures that vibration and heat can open.
Wear and storage
Sapphire is very hard, so it can scratch softer gemstones stored with it. Only diamond can scratch it, so keep it apart from diamonds and store it on its own in a gem jar or a soft pouch.
For your jeweler
These stones are heated, and the color from heating is stable. Sapphire handles normal setting, re-tipping and polishing well. If the stone has fissures that reach the surface, keep it out of direct torch flame and acid pickle.
