A broad, relatively flat polished ammonite with a translucent amber-gold shell showing vivid red and orange iridescence across the inner whorls - the nacreous shell material has retained its original rainbow quality. Grey matrix fills sections where shell material is absent, creating a patchwork of amber, dark mineral, and iridescent nacre.
