This delicate 0.29ct heated green sapphire presents a soft, luminous pale yellow-green color in a perfectly round cut, with excellent transparency that gives the stone a glowing, light-filled quality. The color is a clean pastel lime-green with gentle warmth, a refreshing and understated palette that is both contemporary and highly versatile across a range of jewelry settings and metal tones.
From Madagascar, this green sapphire has been heat treated to refine its gentle color, yielding a bright, clean pastel that catches and returns light beautifully. Green sapphires are among the most distinctive stones in the sapphire family, prized for their rarity and distinct position in the color spectrum. Despite its modest size, this stone is a charming choice for minimalist jewelry, delicate accent settings, and anyone seeking something quietly beautiful and genuinely natural.

About sapphire
Sapphire is corundum in every color except red. At 9 on the Mohs scale it is second only to diamond, and it is also very tough with no cleavage, so it rarely chips or splits when knocked. Together that makes it one of the most durable gemstones for everyday wear, rings included.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush are all you need. Brush behind the stone too, where dust and skin oils collect, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Ultrasonic and steam cleaners are usually fine for a faceted sapphire, but skip them if the stone has fissures that reach the surface.
Wear and storage
Sapphire is very hard, so it can scratch softer gemstones stored with it. Only diamond can scratch it, so keep it apart from diamonds and store it on its own in a gem jar or a soft pouch.
For your jeweler
This sapphire is heated, and the color from heating is stable. Sapphire handles normal setting, re-tipping and polishing well. If the stone has fissures that reach the surface, keep it out of direct torch flame and acid pickle.
