This 0.37ct heated green sapphire presents a soft, pale mint-green color in a clean round cut, with a light, translucent body that gives the stone an airy, delicate quality. The color is a cool, restrained mint-green with gentle yellow undertones, creating a quietly lovely gem with a fresh and modern palette that suits understated, refined jewelry designs where subtle natural color takes the lead.
From Madagascar, this green sapphire has been heat treated to produce its characteristic pale green tone. Green sapphires in soft mint and lime tones are increasingly popular in contemporary fine jewelry for their subtle, versatile color that pairs beautifully with both silver and yellow gold. A refined and wearable choice for minimalist rings, stud earrings, and nature-inspired jewelry commissions.

About sapphire
Sapphire is corundum in every color except red. At 9 on the Mohs scale it is second only to diamond, and it is also very tough with no cleavage, so it rarely chips or splits when knocked. Together that makes it one of the most durable gemstones for everyday wear, rings included.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush are all you need. Brush behind the stone too, where dust and skin oils collect, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Ultrasonic and steam cleaners are usually fine for a faceted sapphire, but skip them if the stone has fissures that reach the surface.
Wear and storage
Sapphire is very hard, so it can scratch softer gemstones stored with it. Only diamond can scratch it, so keep it apart from diamonds and store it on its own in a gem jar or a soft pouch.
For your jeweler
This sapphire is heated, and the color from heating is stable. Sapphire handles normal setting, re-tipping and polishing well. If the stone has fissures that reach the surface, keep it out of direct torch flame and acid pickle.
