Natural Malachite Pair 41.4ct 27x12mm Oval Cabochons

Banded malachite with a distinctive three-tone character. The banding runs lengthwise along the long axis in broad, gently arcing parallel layers, but what sets this pair apart is a wide pale cream-to-mint zone cutting across the lower half of each stone. The profile is very low and flat, almost tablet-like, with a high-gloss mirror polish. Fine natural micro-fracture lines are visible in the surface, typical of malachite.

The pale chalky band is the defining visual character of this pair. The elongated narrow oval at 27x12mm is a classic drop earring shape.
