Pyritized ammonite 3.57g 17.9mm

A whole pyritized ammonite with warm gold-bronze tone and clearly defined, bold ribbing on the main whorls - the ribs sweep around the spiral with good relief and are visually prominent. Some sections have a rougher granular surface from matrix adhesion; the ribbed areas are the visual highlight.
