Natural Green Alexandrite 0.16ct 2.7mm Round Cut

A small natural alexandrite in a 2.7mm round cut. In daylight the stone presents as a soft mint-green with some darker tonal patches within; under incandescent light it shifts to a pale pinkish-lavender. The colour change is gentle but clearly visible between the two light sources as shown in the product photos. SI clarity, fluorescent. Russia origin.

Russian alexandrite is the classic origin for this rare colour-change chrysoberyl, first discovered in the Ural Mountains.
