A soft, even honey gold on a rounded-square cushion of 9.1mm. The concave rays are fine and closely ruled, running outward from a broad pale hexagon that occupies most of the center, so the effect is gentler and more diffuse than a hard starburst. There is a faint grey-amber cast across the upper part of the face and warmer gold gathering below. The polish is smooth on the curved facets and the interior is transparent, with a few small natural inclusions consistent with VS.
Softer honey tones like this one flatter warm skin and sit comfortably in yellow and white metal alike. The stone is untreated Brazilian quartz. A 9.1mm cushion is a practical ring size, big enough to be the center of the piece without overwhelming a slim band. November birthdays get citrine.

About citrine
Citrine is the yellow to golden orange variety of quartz. At 7 on the Mohs scale with no cleavage, it is a durable stone for everyday wear.
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush are all you need. Brush behind the stone too, where dust and skin oils collect, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. An ultrasonic cleaner is usually fine for a clean faceted citrine, but skip steam: sudden heat can crack quartz or change its color.
Wear and storage
Citrine is hard enough for everyday wear, and it can scratch softer gemstones stored with it. Harder stones such as topaz, sapphire, ruby and diamond can scratch it, so store it on its own in a gem jar or a soft pouch.
